In preparation of our liberation of Russia, the Prime Minister has ordered covert operations designed to cripple Russia's command structure. Menshikov has been designated a rebel and a criminal against a legitimate government- and so his removal is to happen post-haste. Take him alive or take him dead, it doesn't matter- so long as he's insensate.

Investigation-unique Mechanics

CALL TO ARMS

  • All enemy Hordes begin with a single squad. If an alarm is raised or a unit can verify sighting of the Federation infiltrators, then 'Call to Arms' will happen: all Hordes capable of hearing the call to arms gain a full Squad at the start of each round until a full five squads (not counting losses due to casualties) has been assembled for each Horde.
