-Assault Jump - Can end AT Float/A-type Jumps in a charge
-Assault Pattern (Harvest Blade) - By spending 6 ATP on Massive Momentum, the amount of attacks you deal against Hordes increase; you gain an extra attack with a melee weapon for every degree of success instead of every second degree. If you spend 10 ATP, you may apply this benefit to a Swift or Lightning Attack or a Furious Assault.
-Assault Pattern (Murder Stroke) - By spending 10 ATP on Massive Momentum, you enable the use of Murder Stroke. If you perform an All Out Attack, you may expend a reaction to use Murder Stroke. Murder Stroke treats your melee attack as a Full Auto burst, with a Rate of Fire equal to your SB. You may spread Massive Momentum's damage and penetration bonuses across these attacks freely- so for example, at ATP 10, you can add +5 Damage and +5 Pen to your first attack, or you can add +1 damage and +1 Pen across 5 attacks. Murder Stroke is treated as a full auto attack for the purposes of dodge, parry or deflection.

Blood for the Blood God! - Gain 1d10 Synch Ratio (rolled a 5). Should anyone else but Yanmei try to pilot 04, they must take a difficult (-20) Willpower test. On a failure, they take 1d5+5 insanity and cannot pilot the Eva. Furthermore, 04 now berserks on a berserk role of 8, 9 and 10.

Fluffy-haired snuggles - Relationship point from Isaiah

Team Leader: Ranked at Sous-Lieutenant. Gain a NERV officer uniform, standard sidearm, Command Skill, and a conditional fate point when working with pilots under your command. Conditional fate point can be spent or burned like a normal fate point, or can be 'given' to another pilot on the field to use as they wish.
Captain: Yanmei's characteristic costs for Intelligence and Fellowship now use the Operations Director line. Furthermore, she can now purchase the Absolute Order, Tactical Genius, Contact, Remote Care, Precision Targeting and Talented (Charm) talents. However, Remote Care and Precision Targeting can only be used if EVA-04 is equipped with a Magi RMD wing.

Angelic War Veteran - Gain Hatred (Angels), and a +10 to WP against Angelic mind-attacks.

Aspect of the Herald 1 - Yanmei gains the Undeniable talent: she may, by spending fate, declare an attack to be immune to parries or dodges. She must declare this before the attack is rolled.

Conquerer's Warning - May reroll 2 WS tests per session

Chronic Pain (200) - After taking critical damage to left leg, pass toughness test when taking levels of fatigue. If failed, gain 1 more level of fatigue

Shadow of Flame (Permanent) - Yanmei's traumatic experience in the Qaphsiel battle has marred her psyche. Every time Yanmei is exposed to an energy weapon that affects her directly (either through damage or feedback fatigue), she must test fear at a -10 penalty or relive that horrible memory.

Danger Lurks Everywhere! (1st disorder) - Prone to paranoia disputing the state of her own safety and Isaiah's safety. May be accompanied by hallucinations

Duty of Care (Elizabeth Bellamy) - Pass a (-10) difficult WP test or rush to your charge's aid if they're believed to be in direct or indirect danger. WP test automatically failed if they're confirmed to be in immediate danger, but a +20 bonus is gained for all rolls that aid in their rescue. Gain 1 insanity and 1 fatigue point from depression if they're harmed or 2d10+10 insanity if they're killed or taken away. Time management tests are no longer taken as routine (no +20 bonus). 

Second Fiddle: Isaiah (2nd Disorder) -  Initiative reset to be immediately behind Isaiah's during combat, and she gains a -10 penalty on all rolls for 1 hour if he scorns her. His social rolls auto-succeed against her, and if he appears to be killed or turned into a mortal enemy, she takes 1d10+5 insanity and rolls on the mental trauma chart with -2 degrees of failure.

Fearful (Instability) - -10 penalty on WP tests to resist Fear 

Hesitant (Instability) - -2 to initiative

Synch Explosion (Coherancy) - Roll 5d10 for Synch Disruptions instead of 2d10

==Biography==
Zhang Mingzhu gave birth to her only daughter inside a military medical tent just a few months following Second Impact. She was transient, having been displaced by the floods that devastated China with only a suitcase and a small, battered car to her name. A new graduate who lacked the finances of more established members of her field, she had been on a long journey to an uncle's house when her daughter's sense of timing made her already difficult situation even more complicated. Still, as an alternative to being turned away from a local hospital that was still overflowing from the crises, things could have turned out much worse for her and the baby.

The baby, Yanmei, grew up into a obedient and cheerful child. For the first five years of her life, she had an uncle and aunt to supply her with sweets and lectures, and lots of people to play with. (After all, Mingzhu was not the only person in her family to have been left homeless by the disaster, and her uncle was a very kindhearted man.) It was a while until Mingzhu completed a more advanced degree in mechanical engineering and was recruited for a job that required relocation. Although she cried throughout the move, Yanmei quickly bounced back and enjoyed the finery her mother could now provide her with. Toys. Her own room. A fine school with friendly teachers. Later on, a credit card and cell phones, and all the music she could listen to. She took her check-ups and dental appointments at a medical facility recommended by her mother's workplace, and eventually, with a few work promotions, the two of them moved to a much more extravegant house. Yessir, NERV China certainly knew how to treat its employees and their families well.

It was true that Yanmei's mother was spending and more time at the research facility and less time at home, but there were ways to stave off the loneliness that caused. Yanmei made lots of friends, and found exhilaration in competing at school track meets. It wasn't simply the thrill of the race, but the training as well - it became a lifestyle for her. She daydreamed of running for years to come… through high-school, college. Maybe she could get a few scholarships too.

What she hadn't expected was a job offer from the company her mother worked for. She had been selected, they told her in a meeting, from many, many other screened children to save the world. It was an opportunity of a lifetime, even if she didn't fully understand what they were talking about. (Eva-what? What the hell did an angel have to do with her?). What was more, there was an important deal on the table that would allow Yanmei to go to France for a few years. Her mother was thrilled, just itching to sign on the dotted line, but Yanmei was crushed. What about school? Track practice? She'd finally landed a boyfriend, for chrissakes! But there was no backing away from this offer. The stern presence of soldiers standing straight-backed along one side of the room and the tones the NERV reps were using attested to that. Her mother chimed in with them.

France was a series of hardships, thanks to Yanmei's initial trouble with the language and her responsibility to NERV. She despised the clumsy simulations and sync tests that she was made to perform, and the horrible machine that she was being made to pilot. Schoolwork was nothing but trouble, and her first romance crumbled under the strain of the long-distance relationship in a matter of weeks. Then there was the on-the-job accident that left her leg fractured in three places…

Returning to China prematurely was out of the question. Her mother had made that quite clear. NERV China had made that clear. As a representative, she would work hard and make a good impression, and that was all there was to it. So she tried, and smiled, and endured her rehab despite the pain. The little seeds of resentment that had been planted when she was first pressured into piloting, however, did not take long to bloom into full-blown hate. She found new thrills now, since her injury made her old ones harder to attain. Usually, they were at the expense at her poor, classmates, conducted far away from the watchful eyes of teachers and NERV operatives. A year passed…

==Appearance==

Before her employment with NERV, Yanmei was a fairly competitive young sprinter who participated in many local track and field events in her hometown. While she finds it a little more difficult now to keep up the same level of activity, she manages to retain a somewhat lean body frame by going to town on the recreational exercise facilities at NERV HQ. Her hair is violet, bouncy with artificial curls, and is usually pulled away from her face in shoulder-length pigtails, although she's also been known to sport an occasional messy updo, especially when exercising. Conscientious about her appearance during most other times, Yanmei finds it hard to pass up on bright clothes, slick accessories, or makeup. Her plugsuit is mostly white with bright purple markings to match her Eva, a dark plum-colored piping running along her limbs, collar, and torso.

It would be a stretch to consider Yanmei perky, but she certainly does carry herself with a pleasant demeanor, smiling often and rarely giving into overt expressions of anger when her superiors are watching. By all outward appearances, she's a confident young lady who is rarely ruffled by the stress of piloting - a decent PR face, should NERV need to use one. Some of her classmates, however, might be more familiar with the other side of her that flashes cruel smirks and scornful laughter as soon as authority drifts out of sight and the classroom around her empties.
